← So What We Eating?

Terms of use

Updated October 17, 2026.

So What We Eating? helps choose a restaurant and a priced order within your party budget. Item prices are the numbers listed on the linked source menu. Published menus may be out of date; actual prices, availability, taxes, and tips can differ. The reserved buffer is a planning allowance, not a checkout quote or guarantee. Retrieval time records when the page was read, not when the restaurant last updated its menu. Confirm current details before traveling or ordering.

Live menus are read from AllMenus. Locations are resolved by Photon using OpenStreetMap data © OpenStreetMap contributors, licensed under ODbL. Source coverage and public-service availability vary. Normal use requires no API key, billing account, or backend setup.

Distances are straight-line estimates, not driving routes. Opening-hours status and filtering are unavailable. The app does not verify dietary or allergen safety. Explicit demo mode contains fictional restaurants and prices; do not travel to sample addresses.

Use this app for your own meal decisions. Do not automate bulk collection, bypass source restrictions or rate limits, or use it to assemble a permanent provider-content database.

The app is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free service, to the extent permitted by applicable law. See the Privacy policy for location and local-history handling. Contact ryanscottcareer@gmail.com.

Explicit experimental Google mode uses Google Maps venue data under the Google Maps Additional Terms; Google does not supply the menu prices. Normal live mode uses AllMenus and Photon.
